This tool is an addition to our Interactive Broadband Map and is designed to equip Minnesotans with Census Block level broadband data and arm applicants with required data for broadband infrastructure funds now available through the U.S. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). BIP Grant Program Eligibility of Rural and Non-Rural Areas in MinnesotaThis is a statewide map displaying rural and non-rural areas as defined in the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Broadband Initiatives Program (BIP) and Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP). This is a useful tool for applicants submitting for broadband stimulus grants and loans. Census Block level broadband dataThis new addition to Connect Minnesota's interactive online mapping tool is designed to provide interested BTOP and BIP grant program applicants in Minnesota with Census Block level broadband data. This information is essential to applicants in identifying areas of eligibility under the grant programs funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
